Lakeland, Fla. — Lakeland South LLC, an affiliate of Century Retail LLC, has announced $750,000 worth of renovations at Lakeland South Center, a 64,332-square-foot shopping center located in Lakeland.
Renovations include a new roof, resurfaced parking lot, repainting, upgraded fixtures and a new pylon sign to go up in early fall. Outback Steakhouse anchors the shopping center, with tenants including Sumo Sushi and Anthony’s Health Nut.
