Konover South Sells Jacksonville, Florida, Retail Center for $20.8 Million

Jacksonville, Fla. — Konover South LLC has sold Point Meadows, a 140-080-square-foot retail center in Jacksonville, for $20.8 million.

Konover purchased the center in November 2013 for $17 million. Konover’s retail portfolio now includes 27 centers in South Florida, including three under development in Broward and Martin counties. 

Point Meadows is anchored by Stein Mart and was 93 percent leased at closing.  Cliff Taylor of CBRE, Jacksonville, served as selling broker in the transaction, and the buyer was Property Management Support Inc. The center’s tenants also include Bank of America, Carrabba’s, Outback, Pottery Works, Walgreens, Wendy’s and more.
