Chesterfield County, Va. —Klein Enterprises has acquired two shopping centers located less than 20 miles southwest of Richmond in Chesterfield County.
Acquisitions include Courthouse Shops, located at 6921 Commons Plaza; and Cloverhill Shops, located at 13918 Hull St. Both shopping centers are 19,876 square feet. Cloverhill Shops was fully leased at the time of the sale to tenants including Verizon Wireless, Benjamin Moore Paints, PostNet and a local pizza restaurant. Courthouse Shops is home to tenants including Starbucks Coffee, Jersey Mike’s, Tropical Smoothie Café, UPS and Edward Jones Investments. The seller and sales price were undisclosed.
