Klein Enterprises Acquires Market at Opitz Crossing in Virginia for $29.3 Million

Woodbridge, Va. — Klein Enterprises has acquired Market at Opitz Crossing, a 157,724-square-foot shopping center located in Woodbridge, from the Sterling Organization for $29.3 million.

PriceRite Supermarket anchors the center, which is also home to tenants including Chipotle Mexican Grill, Advance Auto Parts, Dollar Tree, Checkers, Subway, BB&T, Taco Bell, Edible Arrangements, Papa John’s, Hair Cuttery, Mariner Finance, Quest Diagnostics and T-Mobile. Eastern Union Funding acted as the mortgage broker, and Apple Federal Credit Union provided financing for the acquisition.
