Orlando, Fla. — Kimco Realty Corp. has sold East Orlando Shopping Center, a 131,981-square-foot, grocery-anchored center located in Orlando, for $6 million.
The property is anchored by Bravo Supermarkets, and is home to tenants including Amscot and Pizza Hut. Mishorim Gold East Orlando L.P. acquired the asset free and clear of existing debt. Brad Peterson and Whitaker Leonhardt of HFF represented the seller in the transaction.
