Kimco Buys North Carolina Center For $91 Million

Cary, N.C. — Crossroads Plaza shopping center was sold by Ronus Properties.

Cary, N.C.  — Kimco Realty Corp. has acquired the Crossroads Plaza shopping center in Cary for $91 million from Atlanta-based Ronus Properties, which has owned the property since it opened in the early 1990s, according to media reports. The 670,000-square-foot outdoor shopping center includes more than 60 restaurants and stores, including Best Buy, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Toys ‘R’ Us, Old Navy and Marshalls.
