KeyBank Secures $103 Million Financing for Mira Mesa Marketplace in San Diego

San Diego — KeyBank Real Estate Capital has secured $103 million in non-recourse, first mortgage financing for Mira Mesa Marketplace, a shopping center located in San Diego.

Tenants at the center include Home Depot, Edwards Cinema, Smart & Final Extra, CVS/pharmacy, Ross Dress for Less, Old Navy and Barnes & Noble. The financing consists of a $49 million loan and a $54 million loan, which were used to acquire the East and West phases of the property. John Hofmann and Mike Keach of KeyBank’s Commercial Mortgage Group arranged the financing through a life insurance company.
