Pittsburgh — A joint venture between ALTO Fund II and M & J Wilkow Ltd. has acquired Plaza at the Pointe, a 149,943-square-foot shopping center located in Pittsburgh’s Parkway West corridor.
The center was 94 percent leased at the time of sale to tenants including Bed Bath & Beyond, Party City and Old Navy. The seller in the transaction was undisclosed.
