JV Acquires Ephrata Commons in Pennsylvania for $6.1 Million

Ephrata Township, Pa. — A joint venture between Heidenberg Properties Group and Strategic Real Estate Partners has acquired Ephrata Commons, a 54,810-square-foot shopping center located in Ephrata Township, for $6.1 million.

Redner’s Markets anchors the center, which is also home to tenants including Tokyo Asian Cuisine, RadioShack, Cecilia’s Beauty Salon, Wild Wings Pizza & Things and Gehman Jewelers.
