Trinity, Fla. — Construction is underway on The Village at Mitchell Ranch in Trinity, Florida.
The 165,000-square-foot shopping center is being developed by a joint venture between Blackwater Real Estate and Hutton. The Shopping Center Group, in charge of leasing for the project, has announced a list of tenants including Sprouts Farmers Market, HomeGoods and Michaels. Additional tenants include Ulta Beauty, Five Below, Aspen Dental, Sketchers, Hair Cuttery, Cyclebar, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Menchie’s, Jersey Mike’s Subs, Blaze Pizza and Mattress One. The center, located 30 miles from downtown Tampa, is 97 percent pre-leased. The retail center is set for completion in summer 2019.
