The Woodlands, Texas — JLL has arranged the $175 million refinancing of Market Street - The Woodlands, a 493,400-square-foot mixed-use development located roughly 30 miles outside Houston in The Woodlands.

The property features approximately 375,600 square feet of retail space and 114,900 square feet of office space. Tenants at the center include H-E-B Woodlands Market, Brooks Brothers, Cinemark, Lululemon Athletica, Starbucks Coffee, J. Crew, Tory Burch, Chipotle Mexican Grill and Tesla. Companies including Merrill Lynch, Regus, Edward Jones Investments and Martech Media occupy office space at the property. Tom Melody and John Ream of JLL arranged the fixed-rate loan through a partnership between Morgan Stanley and Wells Fargo.
