Dallas — After 21 years, many as the top female broker in the southwest region, Jennifer Pierson has left CBRE to start her own company.
Pierson will launch Pierson Retail Advisors with her longtime partner and sister-in-law, Beth Pierson, their client services specialist Debora Haught, their financial analyst and graphic designer. Pierson Retail Advisors’ primary goal will be to serve shopping center owners.
“Retail investment sales has been our sole focus for my entire career. We plan to continue that legacy in putting the client’s needs at the center of our mission statement,” says Pierson. “We are a close team with an intensity and heightened focus on one thing — maximizing value for our clients who own shopping centers.”
