IPA Arranges $20 Million Sale of Shopping Center in Suburban Rochester

Henrietta, N.Y. — Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a division of Marcus & Millichap, has arranged the $20 million sale of South Town Plaza in Henrietta, New York.

Joseph French of IPA represented the seller, a local private investor, in the transaction. The buyer was a Long Island, New York-based private investor. The 495,989-square-foot shopping center is situated five miles south of downtown Rochester. It was 77 percent leased at the time of the sale to tenants including Altitude Trampoline Park, Price Rite, JoAnn Stores, Planet Fitness, Harbor Freight Tools, David’s Bridal, Dollar Tree, The Avenue, Advance Auto and Firestone Tire.
