Arlington Heights, Ill. — An affiliate of Hutensky Capital Partners LLC has acquired Arlington Town Square and Annex, a 136,000-square-foot mixed-use center located in Arlington Heights, for $15.8 million.
Paragon Theaters anchors the property, which is also home to tenants including Ann Taylor Loft, Bath & Body Works, California Pizza Kitchen, Core Power Yoga and Starbucks Coffee. Will Sledge and Adam Grant of Mission Capital Advisors represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction. Rich DiBernardo of Edgemark Commercial Real Estate Services acted as Mission Capital’s local co-broker.
