Greenfield, Wis. — A partnership affiliated with HSA Commercial Real Estate has acquired a Barnes & Noble center located near Southridge Mall, a 1.2 million-square-foot enclosed regional mall in the Milwaukee suburb of Greenfield.
The property consists of a 36,600-square-foot freestanding Barnes & Noble store and a 9,029-square-foot multi-tenant retail building. HSA Commercial will be responsible for management and leasing at the center.
