The Woodlands, Texas — The Howard Hughes Corp. has broken ground on Lake Woodlands Crossing, a 62,565-square-foot shopping center in The Woodlands.
A 10,000-square-foot Ulta Beauty will anchor the center, which is 65 percent preleased. An additional 25,000-square-foot anchor will be announced at a later date. Other signed tenants include Stickhouse, which offers handcrafted gelato on a stick, and Main Squeeze Juice Co. CDA Architects is designing Lake Woodlands Crossing and Arch-Con Construction is the general contractor. The project is expected to open in late 2018.
