Atlanta and Alpharetta, Ga. — Hobby Lobby has filled two former Toys ‘R’ Us locations in metro Atlanta. The first site is a 58,907-square-foot space within Akers Mill Shopping Center in northwest Atlanta.
The second site is a 50,275-square-foot space within North Point Market Center in Alpharetta, 30 miles north of downtown Atlanta. Hobby Lobby has more than 800 stores in the U.S. Steve Gunning of SRS Real Estate Partners represented Hobby Lobby in both lease transactions. Kathy Ward Darin of Olshan Properties represented the landlord of Akers Mill Square. Tosh Wolfe and Whitney Spangler of Colliers International’s Atlanta office represented the landlord of North Point Market.
