Westlake, Texas — Hillwood and The Howard Hughes Corp. will begin construction on a more than 2 million-square-foot mixed-use development at Circle T Ranch, a 2,500-acre master planned community located in Westlake, Texas.
Circle T Ranch is located within the larger, 18,000-acre AllianceTexas development. The 130-acre mixed-use project will be located adjacent to a recently announced 500,000-square-foot corporate campus for Charles Schwab Corp., and will offer 1.2 million square feet of Class A, mid-rise office space; retail and entertainment space; a 200-room hotel; and residential options. The project will also include parks, open space and creeks with nature trails and a fitness center in the retail district.
