Cross Roads, Texas — Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP (HFF) has arranged the sale of two multi-tenant outparcels totaling 24,000 square feet located at Village at Cross Roads shopping center in Cross Roads.
The fully leased outparcels are home to Mattress Firm, Starbucks Coffee, UPS Store, Supercuts, Sally’s Beauty, Fuzzy’s Tacos and T-Mobile. The assets will support a proposed 133,500-square-foot power center. Ryan West, Robbie Kilcrease and Matt Berry of HFF worked on behalf of the seller, Lovett Commercial, in the transaction.
