Houston — HFF has arranged the sale of Northwood Plaza, a 136,747-square-foot, grocery-anchored retail center in Houston.
Food City, a local grocer, anchors the 91-percent leased retail center. Tenants include Melrose, Supreme Beauty Supply, Family Dollar, Discount Tire Company, Burger King, WingStop and Subway. Ryan West, John Indelli and Charles Strauss of HFF represented the seller, Brixmor Property Group, in the transaction. Michael Johnson and Stuart Hepler of HFF represented the private buyer in securing a fixed-rate acquisition loan through Amerant Bank.
