HFF Arranges $8 Million Sale of Retail Center in Metro Orlando

Altamonte Springs, Fla. — HFF has arranged the $8 million sale of Village Shoppes at Altamonte, a 35,381-square-foot retail center in Altamonte Springs, Florida.

Brad Peterson, Whitaker Leonhardt and Tommy Isola of HFF represented the seller, Pacific West Land, in the transaction. Rebecca Van Reken of HFF arranged $4.8 million in acquisition financing on behalf of the buyer, a fund sponsored by Shannon Waltchack. The non-recourse loan comes with an eight-year term provided by Continental Casualty Co. The retail center is situated 10 miles north of downtown Orlando and was fully leased at the time of the sale to tenants including International Diamond Center, Skyra Performing Arts Center, Copacabana Cuban Café, Antica Pizzeria, Cookie Dough Bliss and Spa Touch Dentistry.
