HFF Arranges $18.5 Million Refinancing for West Goshen Town Centre

West Chester, Penn. — Holliday Fenoglio Fowler (HFF) has arranged an $18.5 million refinancing for West Goshen Town Centre, a 135,650-square-foot ShopRite-anchored retail center located in the Philadelphia suburb of West Chester.

Ryan Ade of HFF worked on behalf of the borrower, Brandolini Cos., to secure the permanent, fixed-rate loan through an institutional lender.

The fully occupied center is home to tenants including A.C. Moore, Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill, Panera Bread, AT&T, Massage Envy, GameStope, Great Clips, Sun East Federal Credit Union and H&R Block.
