HFF Arranges $13 Million Sale of Summer Center in Memphis

Memphis, Tenn. — HFF has arranged the $13 million sale of Summer Center, a 136,425-square-foot shopping center in Memphis.

Jim Hamilton, Brad Buchanan, Michael Allison and Ryan Stoffer of HFF arranged the transaction on behalf of the seller, BDB Summer Center LLC. Forge Capital Partners acquired the asset, according to the Memphis Business Journal. Kroger anchors Summer Center, which was 90 percent leased at the time of sale. The center also houses a Kroger Fuel Center, Ross Dress for Less, Hibbett Sports, H&R Block, Little Caesars and Supercuts, among others.
