Hanley Investment Group Arranges Sale of Renaissance Square in Fort Worth

Fort Worth, Texas — Hanley Investment Group Real Estate Advisors has arranged the sale of Renaissance Square, a 105,605-square-foot shopping center in Fort Worth.

Eric Wohl and Andrew Cunningham of Hanley Investment Group arranged the transaction on behalf of the buyer, Albanese Cormier Holdings. Jeffrey Jackson of CBRE represented the seller, Moriah Real Estate Co. The sales price was not disclosed. A Walmart Supercenter shadow-anchors the center, which was 98.5 percent leased at the time of sale to tenants including Ross Dress for Less, Marshalls, Shoe Carnival, It’s Fashion, Dollar Tree and Hibbett Sports. The center also includes an outparcel that is home to Wingstop, Pizza Hut, Metro PCS and Legacy Texas Bank.
