Hanley Investment Arranges $37.5 Million Sale of Walmart-Occupied Property Near New York City

Teterboro, N.J. — Hanley Investment Group Real Estate Advisors has arranged the $37.5 million sale of a 159,542-square-foot building occupied by Walmart in Teterboro, New Jersey, eight miles outside Manhattan.

Ed Hanley of Hanley Investment Group represented the seller, Catellus Development Corp. The buyer, a 1031 exchange private investor from Dallas, was self-represented. The building is located within Teterboro Landing, a fully occupied shopping center home to tenants including Costco, Chipotle Mexican Grill, BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse, Blaze Pizza, Chick-fil-A, CityMD Urgent Care, European Wax Center, GNC, Habit Burger Grill, KicksUSA, Panera, Petco, Texas Roadhouse, The Halal Guys and T-Mobile.
