Gainesville, Fla. — George Smith Partners has secured a $125 million construction loan for Phase 1 of Celebration Pointe, a 225-acre mixed-use development located in Gainesville.
The development is anchored by Bass Pro Shops and a 10-screen Regal Luxury Theatre, and will contain approximately 350,000 square feet of Class-A office space, including the new home of Info Tech, and a new 137-room Hotel Indigo. Construction began in August 2014, and will open in fall 2016. Funding was provided by Bank of the Ozarks according to local press.
