Festival Development Buys Costa Mesa, Calif., Shopping Center for $12.9 Million

Costa Mesa, Calif. – The center is comprised of five individual parcels featuring tenants such as McDonald’s, Del Taco and more.

Costa Mesa, Calif. – Festival Development Corporation has purchased the 25,074-square-foot Bristol Center shopping center for $12.9 million. The property was sold by Donahue Schriber Realty Group. Colliers International’s Executive Vice President Tom Lagos, Vice President El Warner and Executive Vice President Jereme Snyder represented both firms in the transaction. The center is comprised of five individual parcels featuring tenants such as McDonald’s, Del Taco and more. Originally built in 1988, the center underwent a renovation and upgrade in 2006.
