Donahue Schriber recently purchased Lakeland Town Center in Auburn, Washington and Westgate North in Tacoma, Washington. Acquired from Interbay Urban Center LLC, the Whole Foods Market-anchored Interbay Urban Center is located three miles northwest of downtown Seattle on 15th Avenue West. The center is 100 percent leased.
