Mount Prospect, Ill. — DLC Management Corp. has acquired Randhurst Village, a mixed-use, open-air retail center with over a million square feet of leasable space located in the Chicago metro area.
Randhurst Village is the redevelopment of Randhurst Mall, and is anchored by Costco, AMC Theaters and The Home Depot. Other notable tenants include Bed Bath & Beyond, Sports Authority, PetSmart, Chipotle, Panera Bread and Five Guys Burgers and Fries. Randhurst Village also houses office space over retail shops and a 140-room hotel. The purchase price was not disclosed.
