Dave & Buster’s to Open 40,000-Square-Foot Venue in Metro Houston

Shenandoah, Texas — Dave & Buster’s will open a 40,000-square-foot location within Metropark Square, a 175,00-square-foot retail and entertainment destination under development in Shenandoah, located 30 miles north of Houston.

The retailer will join AMC Theatres as one of the anchor tenants at the development. David Fazio, Steve Lieberman and Jonathan Probst of The Retail Connection and Steve Niggeman of MetroCommercial represented Dave & Buster’s in the lease negotiations, and Steve Greenberg of The Retail Connection represented the project developer, Sam Moon Group. Metropark Square will be built in three phases, each with staggered completion dates over the next three years. The development already includes a 156,000-square-foot shopping center and is home to Sam Moon Trading Shenandoah/Woodlands. The next phase of the development will add an additional 150,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, entertainment venues, two hotels and more than 300 multifamily units. Dave & Buster’s is expected to open in February 2019.
