Cutler Enterprises Subsidiary Offers Pop Art Barn Doors as Alternative to Barricades for Vacant Retail Space

Marina del Rey, Calif. — A subsidiary of Marina del Rey-based Cutler Enterprises is set to offer Pop Art Barn Doors, a reusable alternative to traditional barricades used to block off a vacant retail space that is available for lease.

The doors are movable to allow potential tenants and brokers to enter the available space, and feature contemporary graphics that serve as a social media-friendly backdrop for shoppers to take pictures in front of. Developers are given image exclusivity within a pre-determined geographic radius to ensure that consumers won’t be seeing the same graphics should multiple malls in one market choose to feature Pop Art Barn Doors. NormaLynn Cutler, president of Cutler Enterprises, and Rob Rasmussen, head designer and partner, will lead the subsidiary.
