Cushman & Wakefield Arranges $7 Million Sale of Goodyear Central Marketplace in Arizona

Goodyear, Ariz. — Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the $7 million sale of Goodyear Central Marketplace, a 61,146-square-foot shopping center in Goodyear.

Dhir Capital LLC acquired the property from 6601 Convoy Ct. LLC, an entity formed by CIRE Equity. Chris Hollenbeck of Cushman & Wakefield arranged the transaction on behalf of the seller. 99 Cents Only anchors Goodyear Central Marketplace, which was 91.1 percent leased at the time of sale. The center is also home to BPL Plasma, Hertz, a diner, nail salon and a barber shop.
