Cushman & Wakefield Arranges $47.5 Million Sale of Lowe’s-Occupied Building in Southern California

Torrance, Calif. — Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the $47.5 million sale of a 127,400-square-foot Lowe’s Home Improvement site in Torrance.

The freestanding building is fully leased until March 31, 2029 to Lowe’s Cos. Inc. Christopher Sheldon, Andrew Bogardus, Douglas Longyear and Stephen Algermissen of Cushman & Wakefield arranged the transaction on behalf of the seller, The Shorenstein Co. Wilson Torrance LLC acquired the asset. The property features a 30,000-square-foot garden center and 750 parking spaces with six street access points.
