Cushman & Wakefield Arranges $19 Million Sale of Central Towne Square in Southern California

Lompoc, Calif. — Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the $19 million sale of Central Town Square, a grocery-anchored shopping center located in Lompoc, California.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Dixie Walker and Charley Simpson represented the seller, Los Angeles-based Jade Enterprises, in the disposition of the property to an undisclosed, high net-worth individual. Foods Co., a subsidiary of The Kroger Co., anchors the property. The center is 97 percent occupied by 15 tenants including O’Reilly Auto Parts, Wells Fargo, Payless ShoeSource, Sally Beauty, Applebee’s Bar & Grill, GameStop and MetroPCS.
