Columbus, Ohio — The Cooper Commercial Investment Group has arranged the sale of Bethel Plaza, a 12,516-square-foot multi-tenant property located in Columbus for $1.6 million.
The center is 100 percent occupied. Dan Cooper of Cooper represented the seller, a private investment group from Kentucky, as well as a local buyer in the transaction. The plaza sold at an 8.38 percent capitalization rate.
