Clermont, Fla. — Plaza Advisors has arranged the $11.5 million sale of the 65,460-square-foot College Station in Clermont, which is part of the Orlando MSA. Tenants at the fully leased property include Office Depot, Petco, Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, BB&T, Steak ‘n Shake, Subway and Chili’s. College Station was constructed in phases from 2005 to 2009 on an 18.2-acre parcel. An approximately two-acre parcel for expansion was also included in the sale. Jim Michalak with Plaza Advisors represented the seller, REDUS Florida Commercial LLC, in the transaction. The buyer was Clermont College Station LLC, a private equity firm.
