San Marcos, Texas — Austin-based Tex-Mex chain Chuy’s is set to open a new restaurant at Springtown Shopping Center in San Marcos.
The new restaurant will occupy 6,500 square feet, and is set to feature an outdoor patio. Construction is expected to begin in March, with the restaurant set to open during the summer.
The center, located at 205 W. Hopkins Street near Texas State University, is currently undergoing a $27.4 million renovation by Endeavor Real Estate Group.
