Chicago — CBRE has named Phillip Golding the firm’s vice president of urban retail.
Golding most recently worked at Starbucks Coffee Company as store development manager, where he was responsible for all new stores, relocations and real estate strategy in Illinois and Wisconsin. During his time at Starbucks, he oversaw the opening of over 100 new stores.
