Glenview, Ill. — A fund advised by CBRE Global Investors has acquired The Shops at Glen Pointe, a grocery- and fitness-anchored shopping center located in the Chicago suburb of Glenview.
The fully leased center is anchored by a 90,000-square foot Mariano’s and a 41,000-square-foot LA Fitness. The property was constructed in 2015.
