Ranson, W. Va. — CBRE’s Retail Investment team has arranged the sale of a 2.47-acre, Rite Aid-leased pad site in Ranson.
Michael Shover of CBRE represented the seller, PTC Phase I Lot 2A LLC, a subsidiary of Carl M. Freeman Cos., and procured the buyer, KB RAD Pharmacy DST, a division of Kingsbarn Realty Capital, in the transaction.
