CBRE Arranges $75 Million in Financing for Los Angeles Center

Los Angeles – Built in the late 1940s, Baldwin Hills Crenshaw Plaza is considered the longest standing and operating regional shopping center in the United States.

Baldwin Hills Crenshaw Plaza has been redeveloped into an approximately 860,000-square-foot, two-level fully enclosed mall with multiple out-parcels.Los Angeles – CBRE Capital Markets has arranged a $75 million structured financing for Baldwin Hills Crenshaw Plaza Mall, an 860,000-square-foot shopping center in Los Angeles. CBRE represented the owner, Capri Urban Investors LLC, a fund managed by Capri Capital Partners LLC. The transaction was led by the vice president of CBRE’s Chicago Capital Markets Debt & Structured Finance team, Molly Green, and Keith Huizinga and Peter Marino, senior vice presidents.
