Naperville, Ill. — CBRE Capital Markets’ Debt & Structured Finance team has advised Marquette Cos. in the $47 million financing for the development of Water Street District, a 175,000-square-foot mixed-use development in Naperville.
Peter Marino, William Howe and Elizabeth Arnold of CBRE’s Chicago, Illinois, office worked on behalf of Marquette Cos. Construction of the development has already begun. It is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2016 and will be comprised of a 158-room hotel, 41,000 square feet of high-end retail space, 14,100 square feet of Class A office space and numerous amenities including a riverfront boardwalk, plaza and an attached municipal-owned parking facility.
