CBRE Arranges $31.8 Million Sale of McCalla Centre in Santa Ana

Santa Ana, Calif. — CBRE has arranged the $31.8 million sale of McCalla Centre, a 110,620-square-foot shopping center located in Santa Ana.

Philip Voorhees, James Slusher, Megan Wood, Brad Rable, Matt Burson and John Read of CBRE represented the seller, an Orange County-based private investor partnership and the center’s original developer, and the buyer, a San Diego-based private real estate investment fund manager, in the transaction. Northgate Market and CVS/pharmacy anchor McCalla Centre.
