Royal Palm Beach, Fla. — CBRE has arranged the $28.6 million sale of Buckingham Plaza, a 91,000-square-foot institutional quality power center located on State Road 7 in Royal Palm Beach.
Casey Rosen and Dennis Carson of CBRE represented the seller, an affiliate of PEBB Enterprises, in the sale of the property to an affiliate of Stockbridge Capital Group. The center is fully occupied by tenants including anchors TJ Maxx, Michaels, Shoe Carnival and Tuesday Morning.
