CBRE Arranges $21.5 Million Sale of Santa Maria Town Center in California

Santa Maria, Calif. — CBRE has arranged the sale of Santa Maria Town Center, a 331,804-square-foot regional mall in Santa Maria.

George Good, James Tyrell, Jimmy Slusher and Philip Voorhees of CBRE arranged the transaction on behalf of the seller, Goldman Sachs. A global insurance company acquired the property for $21.5 million, according to local media reports. The mall, constructed in 1976, is home to tenants such as Sears, Macy’s, Edwards Theatres RPX Digital Cinema, Bath and Body Works, Champs, Claire’s, Crunch Fitness and Hibbett Sports. Sears and Macy’s were not included in the sale.
