Potomac, Md. — Carl M. Freeman Cos. has sold Cabin John Shopping Center and Mall in Potomac to EDENS.
The shopping center, which opened in 1968 as an amenity to the Inverness community located immediately adjacent to the property, was followed by the mall in 1978. The property is home to tenants including Giant Food, Petvalu, Starbucks Coffee, Subway, Baskin-Robbins, McDonald’s, Dunkin’ Donuts, and CVS/pharmacy.
