Burr Ridge Village Center to Undergo Multi-Million Dollar Renovation

Burr Ridge, Ill. — Burr Ridge Village Center, operated by Trademark Property Co., is set to undergo a multi-million dollar renovation.

Enhancements at the 200,000-square-foot lifestyle center will include upgraded amenities, renovation of common areas and roadway modifications. Phase I of renovations, which just begun, will focus on street and intersection work at the north end of the property, including the addition of a designated valet lane and program.

Phase II of renovations is set to begin in spring 2016, and will include the addition of a fireplace, upgraded seating, a year-round pavilion and sidewalk areas throughout.

Retailers at the Burr Ridge, Illinois, center include White House | Black Market, Evereve, Banana Republic, Victoria’s Secret, Gymboree, Two Bostons Pet Boutique, Kohler Waters Spa and Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant.
