Blumenfeld Development Group to Redevelop Property as Retail Building

Garden City Park, N.Y. — The Blumenfeld Development Group has begun redevelopment on the former Pergament Home Center site in Garden City Park to create a two-level retail building.

Tenants will include a 32,500-square-foot LA Fitness Club, as well as Vitamin Shoppe and Noodles Restaurant locations expected to open by fall 2015.
