Decatur, Ill. — Block & Co. Inc. has sold a 45,114-square-foot retail strip center in Decatur for $4.65 million.
The Walmart Supercenter and Sam’s Club-anchored center is located on the southeast corner of Interstate 72 & 51 Highway. Other tenants in the fully occupied center include Jo-Ann Fabrics, Radio Shack and Sally Beauty Supply.
