Berenson Associates Sells Northline Commons in Houston

Houston — The 478,584-square-foot center is 86 percent leased.

Houston  — North American Development Group (NADG) has acquired Northline Commons, a 478,584-square-foot center in Houston from Berenson Associates. Northline Commons is the redevelopment of the Northline Mall, which was built in the 1960s. The 86 percent leased-center is anchored by Marshalls, Ross Dress for Less, Burlington Coat Factory, Conn’s and Palais Royal. It is shadow-anchored by a Walmart Super Center. Stephen Preston of HFF’s Dallas office represented NADG. HFF also represented the seller in the transaction.
